Bruce Estrem
BA, RRT-NPS, RCP
As a Respiratory Care Practitioner with PHS since 1990, Bruce has case managed many pediatric and adult technology-dependent home care patients. As a Clinical Educator, Bruce has also taught many nursing agencies, allied health professionals, and families on the proper application and use of durable medical equipment, as well as other aspects of respiratory care used in the home environment. Bruce is a certified CPR instructor through the American Heart Association.

Pat Chamberlain
BAN, RN, CRNI
After many years of providing cardiac care and nursing education in a hospital setting, Pat has spent the past 12 years as a case manager and a clinical coordinator in Home Infusion Therapy. As a Certified Registered Nurse of Infusion Therapy (CRNI) and our Nurse Educator, Pat’s primary focus is teaching nurses, health care professionals and families to provide safe, high quality home infusion therapy.

Kay Kufahl
RRT, AE-C, RCP
Kay Kufahl is a Respiratory Care Practitioner and one of the first Certified Asthma Educators in the nation. Kay has over 20 years experience working with neonatal/pediatric respiratory and chronic disease patients.
