Barb Weisenberger, RN, is the Director of Nursing at PHS. Barb comes to PHS with over 10 years of experience in the Private Duty Nursing management. She currently oversees all private duty nursing activities such as, hiring and training field nurses; facilitating a smooth adaptation for the families and their child to extended hours nursing in their home as well as working with health care professional partners to develop safe care plans for children in the home environment.
Prior to joining the PHS team in September 2010, Barb spent the last 18 years working for REM Health in the St. Cloud branch. She held several positions with the company including Field Nurse, Case Manager and finally Private Duty Nursing Supervisor. In her last position Barb hired, trained and managed field nurses as well as coordinating care for the families on service.
Barb graduated with an Associate Degree in Nursing, RN, from St. Cloud State University and North Hennepin Community College. She continues to live in St. Cloud with her husband.
