Jill Liebers, Pharm. D., is the Pharmacist in Charge at PHS. Jill has been with PHS since 1999 and is responsible for coordinating and facilitating new referrals/admissions through collaboration with nursing, customer service and billing; she supervises pharmacists and pharmacy technician activities; reviews, receives/verifies all new patient orders from physicians and ensures sterile preparation, appropriate labeling and timely dispensing of infusion medications.
Prior to joining the PHS team, Jill worked as a decentralized pharmacist at Children’s Hospitals & Clinical Minneapolis in both the Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) and Pediatric Intensive Care (PICU) Units. Jill also completed a Pediatric Residency at Children’s Minneapolis in 1998.
Jill holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree which she earned at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, NE.
