Pam Clifton is Senior Vice President, Operations at PHS. She leads the activities of customer service, biomedical, warehouse, quality initiatives and IT. A member of the senior management leadership team, Pam also helps formulate and administer organization policies. She joined PHS in 1999 as Vice President of Respiratory Service.
In addition to her clinical experience as a licensed respiratory therapist, Pam has worked in process improvement, regulatory compliance, program development, re-engineering and leadership. She has had speaking engagements as a subject matter expert on case management and has authored several articles for clinical publications.
Before joining PHS, Pam was a consultant with Larson, Allen Weishair & Co., LLP in the Post-Acute Consulting group. She held several other senior executive positions in respiratory and clinical areas including territory manager, respiratory management, Spectra Rehab Alliance, Inc., assistant administrator, Bloomington Care Center Subacute Program, and CEO, Northwest Homecare.
