Todd Ericson is Managing Director of Human Resources at PHS. He recruits, advertises and interviews for new positions, administers performance review programs, oversees salary administration and the employee benefits program. He began working at PHS in December 1999. Previously, Todd was an administrator at Forest Springs Ministries in Rib Lake, Wis., where he was responsible for development, fundraising and administration of all benefits for three non-profit organizations and staff; human resources manager at Creative Carton, Brooklyn Park, Minn., a manufacturing company with about 160 employees, and trade settlement supervisor at Piper Jaffray Companies in Minneapolis, where he held a number of operational and management positions.
Todd is a native of Wisconsin and earned a BA degree in communications from Northwestern College in Roseville, Minn., with a minor in psychology.
