Learn the parts, tubing circuits, batteries, alarms and parameter settings of the Pulmonetic LTV-950 and LTV-800 ventilators. You will have hands-on time for assembling a tubing circuit, setting "ordered parameters," and troubleshooting basic ventilator operation.

· Contact hours will be awarded to all participants

· Special large group class arrangements on request

Credit: Three (3) Contact Hours.

1. Identify and operate the patient parameters of the LTV-950 and 800 ventilators.

2. Assemble and test the correct tubing circuit

3. Apply the ventilator to a fictitious patient

4. Troubleshoot simulated problems with the ventilator
