PHS education ensures quality care at home

A few hours in the classroom can make the difference of a lifetime for a pediatric patient and family.

We work together to develop a safe plan of care that is grounded in clinical education and technical support. Our Education Department provides:

  • Classroom instruction
  • Customized patient (teaching) handbooks
  • Training materials
  • One-on-one mentoring
  • The latest information on respiratory, infusion and other therapies in the home care setting
  • Consulting opportunities

PHS classes are taught by qualified, experienced clinicians in a friendly, open atmosphere and offer hands-on learning and the latest Standards of Practice information. We want our participants to ask questions and have discussions about the equipment and procedures they are expected to use while caring for their patients.

Class location

All classes are held at our Roseville office. If you would like a class held at another location, read more about our consulting services or call or email the PHS Education Department to discuss possible arrangements.
