PHS offers health care partners secure e-mail communication

(St. Paul, Minn.)—As online correspondence becomes increasingly prevalent, so do concerns over the security of information — concerns that have the potential to limit the way clinicians, physicians, caregivers, and patients communicate. To alleviate those concerns, and to comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, Pediatric Home Service (PHS) has announced the installation of ZixCorp’s encryption software.
