Children are different than adults. And if you want to provide comprehensive pediatric pharmacy services, you need to understand just how medically different children are. Our coordinated pharmacy services make communication between nurses, dietitians, and pharmacists better and safer for the child.
What do our Pharmacists do to care for the child?
How does our multi-disciplinary team help coordinate care for the child?
PHS recognizes the important and interconnected nature of pharmacy and infusion therapy services and does everything possible to ensure that pharmacy services are accessible, available and understandable for all who need them—all day, every day.
We’ve assembled a team of dedicated respiratory therapists, nurses, pharmacists, dietitians, social workers, educators, and an extensive support staff who work together to ensure that every child is safe, secure and certain to receive the same quality \ provided in the hospital.
These experienced caregivers provide nutrition, education and medical social services, plus enteral therapy, care planning, medical supply fulfillment, and the kind of customer service pediatric patients and their caregivers can count on.
Where do we provide care for the child?
In the child’s home, where they need us. PHS Specialty Pharmacy services are available throughout the states of Minnesota and Wisconsin (service area map).
