Director of Facilities & Safety
Steve Roberts started his career at PHS as the seventh official employee in 1990. He began as a part-time driver and service specialist. Steve went on to fill other positions such as shipper/receiver, equipment processing technician, warehouse supervisor, warehouse manager, and operations manager.
In his current role, Steve supervises the facilities department. He oversees employee safety and is part of the infection control committee. He also is the leader of the safety committee and works with employees on workers’ compensation claims.
Steve earned his B.A. in economics from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities in 1991 and completed the Minnesota Executive Program at the Carlson School of Management in 2012.
