Join us for a patient photoshoot
PHS is looking to get a group of our patients together at our office in Roseville for a photo shoot!
Our requirements are few, we want all ages and diagnoses. If you’re a PHS patient, we’d love to have you here, it’s as simple as that. We’re lucky enough to serve such an amazing variety of patients on service and we want to celebrate that variety through these photos. We’ll use the pictures to decorate our office and in materials that we create to teach others about PHS services. We’ll also be sure to share photos with all who participate. Will you join us?
