Customer Service Leads the Way at PHS
As we celebrate national customer service week, our company knows one thing – this amazing department brings peace of mind for families and providers alike. Whether you’re on the phone with someone here during the discharge process at the hospital or when you realize you’re out of formula at 3:00 on a Friday afternoon, our customer service representatives take care of it all with one thing in mind – it’s all done to take care of each kiddo on our service. And while we know they’re great at helping our families and health care providers, it’s hearing the impact they have on our families that means the most.
