What browsers can I use to register for a class?

What kind of device can I use for an online course?
For best learner experience, we recommend viewing the course on any desktop or laptop computer, or iPad.
Who can I contact if I experience technical difficulty with my online learning course?
Please email: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond to your email within 1 business day. Regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central/Standard time.
Are all classroom courses available online?
Not at this time. We are working to add new courses and will make them available as soon as they are complete. Please email email@example.com with suggestions for online courses you are seeking.
Can I register for more than one course at a time?
Yes, you can register for more than one course at a time. After selecting your first course you will be transferred into the shopping cart where you can click on “Continue Shopping” for additional courses.
What if a course I need doesn’t have any currently scheduled sessions? Who can I contact?
If you would like a course that is not currently scheduled please email: firstname.lastname@example.org or call PHS at 651-642-1825.
How do I register if my agency is paying?
Please contact your employer for their specific process.
How can I pay for my course?
You can pay for your course using MasterCard, Visa, or American Express. If your employer is paying for your course please contact them for further direction.
Where do I go for my course?
Most courses are onsite at Pediatric Home Service unless otherwise noted. Online courses can be completed anywhere you have an internet connection. Our address is 2800 Cleveland Ave N, Roseville MN 55113. Get Directions
What if I missed my scheduled course?
If you missed your scheduled course you may apply your payment to a future class, however refunds are not provided.
How can I reschedule or cancel a course I am enrolled in?

Note: We do not provide refunds for user cancellations, but you will be able to select an alternate course date if needed.
Does PHS cancel courses?
If a scheduled in-person course is canceled by PHS you will be notified within 24 hours of the course to reschedule or receive a full refund.
How do I print a copy of my certificate?

I can no longer log into my account. How do I get access to my certificate/s?
Pediatric Home Service will gladly mail, email or fax you a new certificate of education. To receive a new copy of your certificate, please call PHS at 651-642-1825.

The participant agrees that it is his/her responsibility to ensure that Continuing Education (CE) credits are accepted by his/her professional governing board or organization. Pediatric Home Service (PHS) does not claim that the content of this course is approved for CE credits by the participant’s professional governing board or organization. PHS is not an accredited academic institution and this course is not provided for academic class credit.
PHS does not certify or claim that a participant in this course is able to independently perform the task(s) taught in this educational course.
