Pediatric Home Service Dietitian Receives Prestigious Award
St. Paul, Minn. – Pediatric Home Service (PHS) employee Beth Reisdorf, MPH, RD, LD, has been named one of Minnesota’s Registered Young Dietitians of the Year by the Minnesota Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (MAND).
Qualified nominees actively participate in the national, state or district Dietitians Association, demonstrate concern for the promotion of optimal health and nutritional status of the population, and show leadership in legislation, research, education or management.
“It is an honor to have been nominated and selected for this award. I am proud to be a part of a passionate team that brings the highest level of specialized nutritional support to help our patients grow and develop,” Reisdorf said.
One of three award recipients, Reisdorf was honored during a luncheon at the MAND annual continuing education meeting at the Ramada Hotel in Bloomington, Minn., on April 26, 2013.
