PHS Employee Passes Minnesota Bar Examination

St. Paul, Minn.Pediatric Home Service (PHS) is pleased to announce that Cameo Zehnder, Managing Director of Regulatory Affairs, has passed the Minnesota Bar Examination. Today she will be sworn in at the Supreme Court Admissions to the Bar Ceremony in St. Paul, Minnesota.

The exam is accredited by The Minnesota State Board of Law Examiners (“Board”) which licenses attorneys to practice law in Minnesota. It was established to ensure that those who are admitted to the bar have the necessary competence and character to justify the trust and confidence that clients, the public, the legal system, and the legal profession place in lawyers.

“We are pleased to have our own attorney on-site to advise and handle legal issues that may arise from or are related, to third-party payments, licensure, risk management, and business planning,” said Pediatric Home Service President Mark Hamman.

Zehnder’s prerequisites to taking the bar exam include passing the Multistate Professional Responsibility Examination in 2011 and graduating from law school in May of 2012.
