Executive Vice President Market Outreach
Donna Filar is the Executive Vice President of Market Outreach at PHS. In this position, she identifies and strategizes the direction of marketing services with our Outreach team to provide exceptional care for children with medical complexities.
Before PHS, Donna worked in home health services for 12 years as a regional vice president overseeing a team of area vice presidents and many account representatives that provided superior care to home care and hospice patients.
Donna graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and received her MBA from the University of Detroit Mercy.
