Todd Ericson recruits, advertises, and interviews for new positions, administers performance review programs, and oversees salary administration and the employee benefits program. In his role he also oversees the Leadership Development Program at PHS, which builds confident and competent leaders for the future of PHS. He began working at PHS in December 1999.
Previously, Todd was an administrator at Forest Springs Ministries in Rib Lake, Wis., where he was responsible for development, fundraising and administration of all benefits for three nonprofit organizations and staff; human resources manager at Creative Carton, Brooklyn Park, Minn., and trade settlement supervisor at Piper Jaffray Companies in Minneapolis, Minn., where he held a number of operational and management positions.
Todd is a native of Wisconsin and earned a B.A. in communications with a minor in psychology from Northwestern College in Roseville, Minn.
