PHS Journey Home – Family Advisory Meeting

We are excited to invite you to our Family Advisory Meeting at PHS. This is a chance to meet with our team, share your experiences, and help us create an even stronger, more supportive environment for the families we serve.

This meeting is a special opportunity to:

  • Learn more about the Journey Home pilot program and the ways it is improving care.
  • Share your feedback to help guide the program’s next year.
  • See demonstrations from our PHS teams, including Infusion, Pharmacy, Nutrition, Respiratory Therapy, and a Simulation Lab led by PHS Clinical Educator, Bruce Estrem.
  • Hear a legislative update and learn how your advocacy is making a difference, and how you can participate.
