PHS Employee Completes MN Executive Program

St. Paul, Minn. – Pediatric Home Service (PHS) is pleased to announce that Pam Chilson, Chief Financial Officer, has completed the Carlson School of Management Minnesota Executive Program after participating in four week-long sessions between September and January.

Designed to enhance business knowledge and skills, this strategy and leadership development program addresses topics such as marketing, strategic innovation, finance, operations and ethics, among others.

“We place great value on expanding the knowledge base of our employees to ensure we constantly provide the best care for our patients,” said Pediatric Home Service President, Mark Hamman. “By participating in this program, Pam was able to further develop her leadership and business knowledge, and we look forward to her implementing that information at PHS.”

Chilson, who directs the company’s financial planning and accounting practices, was one of only 15 admitted to the 2013 program. Participants were recognized for their completion of the course during a dinner held by the Carlson School of Management in Chaska, Minn. on January 16, 2014.
