Delivering Incontinence Products to your Door
After receiving many requests from families to offer incontinence products, we were happy to announce in 2016 they would be available through PHS for our patients. Now, in 2019, we are offering even more variety to fit the needs of our population as we bring on the Tranquility line in addition to the Comfees (pediatric sizes) and Attends (adult sizes) brands we already offered.

Tranquility (adult)
- Briefs in a variety of sizes and styles
- Liners and pads in a variety of sizes and styles
- Underwear in a variety of sizes and styles
Attends (adult)
- Briefs in a variety of sizes and styles
- Liners and pads in a variety of sizes and styles
- Underwear in a variety of sizes and styles
Comfees (pediatric)
- Infant diapers come in newborn – size 7 (up to 41+ lbs)
- Youth overnight pants in sizes small/medium, medium/large, large/extra large
- Boy & girl pull-ups in sizes 2T – 5T
Delivery expectations
PHS works closely with a third party vendor on orders and shipments. Same-day deliveries of incontinence products won’t be available, but caregivers can expect the following timelines for orders:
- If you need to order samples to determine which size fits best (before placing an initial order), shipments will take 5-7 business days to arrive.
- Once you have placed an order, ongoing shipments will take 2 business days to arrive (for all orders before 4 p.m. CST. No exceptions on delivery timing).
Insurance details
For incontinence products to be covered by insurance, the patient must have Minnesota Medical Assistance as their primary or secondary plan. Additionally, MA will not cover incontinence products for children under 4 years of age. Individuals with other insurance plans or children under 4 years old are welcome to order their incontinence products through PHS and pay privately.
