Feedback Drives an Online Payment Option
In the technological world that surrounds us today, payments can easily made with just the click of a few buttons. To ensure our patients and their family’s lives remain as seamless and efficient as possible, PHS recently added online bill pay. Have you checked it out?
“After receiving a lot of feedback from families letting us know they would prefer to pay their bill online, we worked to create that option and are excited to have it available now. We hope it will be an easy process and great experience for those who choose to make payments online,” says Laurie Finch, Billing Manager at PHS.
To get to the online bill pay page, go to the PHS homepage and click on the button pictured above – or go directly there by clicking here. This will bring you to the page you see below – fill in the information asked, along with your payment details, confirm what you’ve entered, and you’re set! Of course, families can still make payments by calling 651-642-1825 and asking to speak to billing, or by mail.
