Video Post: Tips For Keeping Your Whole Family Hydrated This Summer

As the temperatures rise and Minnesota weather welcomes outdoor activities (finally!), it’s important to keep fluid intake at top of mind to give your body the hydration it needs to function well. It’s also important to make sure kids are staying well hydrated during these warmer months, as they tend to spend more time outside and playing in the sun.

We asked our Medical Director, Dr. Roy Maynard, for the causes, signs, and symptoms of dehydration, as well as some tips on making sure you’re getting enough fluids this summer and all year.
